Since taking his supplements I have noticed an increase in my recovery between sessions and an improvement in my overall health and recovery from colds and flu. I started taking Soy Protein Isolate as I have begun a weights program at the gym with a personal trainer. I find the shakes give me protein throughout the day and help me recover after a work out. Before taking the protein shakes I struggled to find gluten free food that gave me sustained energy. I realise now that most gluten free foods I was eating have a high GI, which explains why I often felt tired and hungry during the day. The protein shakes taste great and give me the energy I need to keep going throughout the day.

I have a degenerative hip which was diagnosed about one year ago after being told for a long time I was experiencing sciatic pain in my legs.
I have been using various brands of Glucosime w/ Chondroitin since with what I fell has been a gradual improvement. This treatment was recommended by orthopaedic surgeon Dr Shaun Mullin. The dose is at least 1500 mg per day and 500mg respectively.
HOWEVER, I purchased your product “Joint and Cartilage Food” on a visit to Noosa at a health food shop in the new shopping centre at Noosaville (can’t remember the name). I have experienced a sudden accelerated improvement which I can only put down to your product. Can be sure but I want to continue using it.
